One of the most gorgeous houses we've ever stayed in - I don't think one could tire of the view. Everything was perfect. My only regret is that we didn't stay for longer. Highly recommended!

We spent our 20th wedding anniversary driving through the landscape of Glencoe. Skye Window House is a very relaxing place to end our holiday. We just adored being in this house. Returning to sprawling London will be hard - we don't want to leave!

This must be one of the most spectacular views on the island...and all to ourselves! A lovely house...we enjoyed the light infusion, and the log fires in the evening. Fabulous week as we were treated to wall to wall sunshine! Fishmonger delivers on Fridays...so we indulged with king scallops and halibut - fantastic!

We have been to the Fairy Pools, Quirang, the Old Man of Storr, Kilt Rock, Dinosaur Beach, Talisker Distillery and so many more places. Had a lovely week in a great house - especially enjoyed sitting down for dinner in the Hans Wegner chairs looking over the Sound of Sleat. Highlights included a trip to Loch Coruisk on the Misty Isle, otter watching at Kylerhea, the walk to the Point of Sleat and wild swimming at Tarskavaig and Loch Scavaig. Fantastic seafood at the Oyster shed at Carbost cheered us up on a rainy day

It's hard to believe it's November. We've had such good weather since we arrived last week so can't complain about the one day of torrential rain. We've had such a good time here. It's been a hard week, what with lying in bed watching the moon, an incredibly bright Venus and then the sun rise, watching the ever changing light and colours of the sea and mountains of Knoydart. Walking to the beach at Camasunary at the foot of the Cuillins and cycling the amazing coast road to Tarskavaig and on to Ord on a bright, clear morning. And, of course staying in this beautiful house has made it all the more special. Thank you! Have a feeling we might just be back

Another magnificent stay in Sleat. Last year in the White House and this year in the Window House with family. Had to tear myself away from the windows even at night-time with the moonlight on the sea. Weather was very kind to us - we even swam in the sea at Point of Sleat and had a dip in the Fairy Pools. Lunch at Kinloch Lodge on the only rainy day was as always, a real treat! We also loved the trip to Raasay. Hope to come back again

What a tonic! The three of us had the most fantastic time in Skye and coming home to the Skye Window House everyday made it even more perfect. The views never look the same and whether it is misty, rainy or sunny we still kept staring out the window. We think this holiday has been true food for the soul and it has been a breath of fresh air to step away from the crazy, busy and hectic life that we normally lead.
